Caneverve ships walking canes, folding seat canes, and mobility aids to customers across the contiguous United States. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Orders are delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
We do not ship to:

Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier selection depends on destination and item weight.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking confirmation email is sent to the address on file. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the initial scan.
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number included in your shipping confirmation.
Providing an accurate and complete shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. Caneverve is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. Caneverve will assist with carrier communication where possible but cannot guarantee recovery of packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
