Caneverve accepts returns on eligible walking canes and mobility aids within a defined window. Read the conditions below before initiating a return — unauthorized returns will be refused.

Do not ship any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 1: Email Info@Caneverve.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will respond with your RMA number and return shipping address.
Step 3: Package the item securely, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship to the address provided.
Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Caneverve recommends using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.
$0.00 Restocking Fee. No restocking or processing fees are charged on any eligible return.
Once your return is received at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Upon confirmation of eligibility:
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, email Info@Caneverve.com immediately with your Order Number in the subject line.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies instead.
Caneverve reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, substituted, or tampered with. Fraudulent return attempts may result in permanent account suspension.
