Color reproduction depends on monitor calibration, screen brightness, and ambient lighting — actual product colors and wood grain patterns may differ from on-screen appearance. Natural wood canes will show grain variation inherent to the material. Acrylic marble-pattern handles are manufactured items; swirl and vein patterns vary between units by design. Minor color variance is not a defect and does not constitute grounds for return under our standard policy.

Adjustable cane heights are approximate; actual fit depends on individual user measurement and shaft mechanism engagement. A variance of ±5mm from stated dimensions is within normal tolerance and is not a defect.
